The Human Resource Department in the Federal
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is one of the Common Service
departments. The department is charged with the administrative functions within
the Headquarters of the Ministry as well as the State and Regional offices.
The Department manages all matters concerning Staff Appointment, Postings, Discipline, Manpower (Budgeting and management), Training, Promotion, Pension and all other matters regarding Human Resource Management and Welfare for the the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Nation wide.
